我一直是一个创作者。从很小的时候起，我就开始发表文章，出版作品；我也会画画、设计游戏、做音乐，这些创作的兴趣一直伴随着我。即使后来我转向精神分析，我也没有丢弃这些兴趣，而是不断探索如何将它们与精神分析结合。因此，我的创作始终与精神分析、佛教、身份认同等主题紧密相关。

AI 的出现让创作变得更加容易，同时，我也开始更多地使用英语进行创作。这一转变最初是因为我的精神分析训练和分析都是用英语进行的，这使得英语在某种程度上成为了我的母语——一种让我感到安全的语言，但也让我抱有极其复杂的感受。此外，随着地理迁徙和受训，我身边越来越多的朋友、重要的人都使用英语，我也希望我的表达能够被他们听到。中文是我的母语，是我深爱的语言。我最初的发表就有一篇标题是《我爱中国字》的文章，但与此同时，这份爱也伴随着某种束缚，它也是一个曾限制过我、让我感到伤害的语言。

I have always been a creator. From a young age, I started publishing articles, and later, a book. As a child, I painted, designed games, and made music—these creative passions have always stayed with me. Even after I turned to psychoanalysis, I never abandoned them; instead, I kept exploring ways to integrate them into my analytic work. That’s why my creative expression is always deeply connected to psychoanalysis, Buddhism, and gender.

With the rise of AI, creating has become easier, and I have also found myself shifting more toward writing in English. This transition began primarily because my psychoanalytic training and analysis were conducted in English, making it, in some ways, a mother tongue for me—a language where I feel safe but also very complex emotions. At the same time, because of the training and geographical transition, more and more of my closest friends and significant people in my life speak English, and I want my words to reach them. Chinese is my mother tongue, a language I deeply love. One of my earliest publications was titled I Love Chinese Characters. Yet, at the same time, that love has always been intertwined with a sense of limitation, it is also a language that has constrained me and, at times, caused me pain.
